This kind of Adenium is being a family of Adenium Arabicum and originated in Middle East. " RCN " is a nick name of them in the society of Asian Adenium lover. First it was brough into Thailand as a cutting plant since the year 198x.
RCN or Ra-Chi-Nee-Pan-Dok is Thai word, it was comprised from two phrases Ra-Chi-Nee and Pan-Dok . Ra-Chi-Nee is Queen in English and Pan-Dok is mean a numerous of flowers bloom.
Characteristics :
-mall-sized flower, light pink color and always bloom in the same time without any leafs.
-small-sized leaf, deep green color - shiny and no down, in some case has yellow brim as golden leaf.
-medium-sized trunk and much branchs.
-a number of pods return is moderate and give very small seed's size when compare with Arabicum family.
-plant seedling is the best result for this kind of Adenium but always give low percentage of germination rate.
-cutting plant is alternative choice for beauty bush.
-grafted plant is also popular for RCN
